POLARKON provides top-level structural and architectural design, engineering, steel fabrication and installation services for logistics, freight-forwarding, airfreighting, energy, renewables, mass-production, sports, shopping and defence industries.

POLARKON can design and fabricate any kind of steel product with or without having any preliminary design. Also, alternative designs can be executed if requested by the client.

Due to its connection design, space frame system uses steel pipes and spheres with bolts that are much more lightweight than conventional steel structures. The usage of space frame structures instead of conventional steel results in reduction in used steel material, shortened production times, more efficient material transportation, no welding at site and significantly shorter installation and erection works.

POLARKON carries out project’s scope from static design, engineering, procurement of materials, fabrication, quality control and inspection, packing and loading, installation at site, maintenance and after-sales services.

Depending on the projects’ requirements and locations, POLARKON offers hot-dip galvanization as a surface protection, wet or electrostatic powder paint finishings with any RAL code for its fabrications.

POLARKON carries out its fabrication processes according to EN-1090 standards and holds all the necessary international certificates regarding the quality and testing standards.

The warranty on projects depends on various factors and parameters, however, POLARKON can offer 5-years of warranty for most of its international projects.

POLARKON can fabricate any kind and any size of steel structure and quantity for its clients’ requests. However, transportation and installation costs might be affected when it comes to fabricating a steel structure with greater size and dimensions.
